Please make your paper submission to https://www.edas.info/newPaper.php?c=22114 before the July 1, 2016 submision deadline.
Final manuscripts are required to be submitted through EDAS in standard IEEE two-column format. The sample manuscript (pdf, doc, and Latex) in IEEE Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings http://www.ieee.org/web/publications/pubservices/confpub/AuthorTools/conferenceTemplates.html contains detailed requirements, and can be used as a visual guide. Authors preparing their final manuscript in LaTeX can use the IEEEtran style file, which can be downloaded from the same link. Although the IEEE format is not enforced for the initial submission, we strongly suggest that you use this format in preparing your submission as the camera-ready paper will be accepted only in IEEE standard format.
In order for an accepted paper to be included in the workshop program, and to appear in the proceedings or IEEE Explore website, at least one of paper co-authors must register for the workshop, and must present the paper at the workshop.
If you have further questions regarding the paper submission process, please contact Prof. Min Sheng (Email: email@example.com).
